Natalia Villanueva-Garcia

Natalia Villanueva García is the Music Supervisor for all current productions of Tomek Productions GmbH. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, majoring in Media Composition. She is currently enrolled in the MBA Project Management programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is also a founder of the Max Steiner Orchestra and the author of »Die Relevanz der Instrumentation« (»The Relevance of Instrumentation«), which was published by AV Akademikerverlag in 2012. Natalia’s work has been honoured with the Appreciation Prize 2012 by the MDW for extraordinary artistic achievements by a graduate, as well as the 2011 RMF Classic Honourable Mention for »original, aesthetic style, depth, and unique presentation of emotion in music«. Moreover, she was nominated for the Transatlantyk Young Composer Award (2011) and the Roche Continents Workshop for Outstanding Young Talents (2012). In 2015, she received the 100 Colombianos award, an accolade handed out by the president for being among the 100 most influential Colombians worldwide. At »Hollywood in Vienna«, she acts as a music supervisor and is the conducting assistant of John Mauceri.
